Emblazoned shield; no tuft on the middle of the lion's tail; the 2 of the date on a line with the lower loop-hole.; Rev: A man working in a loom. John Harvey, (1755-1842) master weaver, philanthropist, and banker, later the Mayor of Norwich and commanding officer of the Norwich Volunteer Cavalry.
