Around the perimeter PROSPERITY TO THE WOODEN WALLS OF OLD ENGLAND . The top center lamp touches the E of WOODEN and the water line extends almost to the T of PROSPERITY and D of OLD. Minor marks and a bit of die rust evident, otherwise choice uncirculated and with some faded color remaining. This die pair is almost always found softly struck up; this specimen better than most.
