Around the perimeter ROCHDALE HALFPENNY. 1792 A line drawn across the two points of the shield cuts the terminal of the L of ROACHDALE on the left. The period after HALFPENNY close to the 2 of the date, rev A mounted dragoon. PRO REGE ET PATRIA. above. Ex: QUEENS BAYS The point of the sword slightly to the right of the E of REGE, the cokade between the E and T of ET, edge . + PAYABLE IN LONDON and engrailed  (Conder p.60, 47; Atkins p. 65, 92; D&H Lancashire 149)
