Obv: Bust of Charles Roe facing right. Around the perimeter CHARLES ROE ESTABLISHED THE COPPER WORKS 1758 . Three buttons on coat. Edge of coat in a line with the first limb of K of WORKS, and the last button over the center of K. Four folds in collar. Line of shoulder aligns between the 1 and 7 of date.

Rev: A female seated with right hand upon a screw and left hand upon a cogwheel. HALFPENNY above, 1790 below.  No period after HALFPENNY; head under P.
